By accessing and using CertiFly.app ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

CertiFly.app is a web-based certificate generation platform that allows users to create, customize, and export digital certificates. The service includes:

  • Certificate template creation and customization
  • Bulk certificate generation from Excel data
  • Multiple export formats (JPG, PNG, PDF)
  • Template saving and management
  • User authentication and account management

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

  • Email support

Pro Plan

  • Up to 12,000 certificates per month
  • JPG export format
  • Template saving
  • Excel import functionality
  • Priority email support

Billing and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • No refunds for partial months or unused features
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Create certificates for fraudulent purposes
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CertiFly.app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability
